	1907-1914 The Years of Foundation At the beginning of the foregoing century, a workshop for goldsmith's products in Öschelbronn near Pforzheim (Germany) was the fountain from which sprang the


	encouraging impulse that encouraged Messrs. Karl J. Wolf, Wilhelm Wolf and Robert Wolf to found their own firm, the jewellery manufactury Gebrüder Wolf, on August 01, 1907,


	and to have it filed with the register of commerce. Due to their profession, they had best preconditions. Karl and Wilhelm Wolf were goldsmiths, and Robert Wolf was a jewel setter.


	The years of foundation with their stable goldmark currency was a time of economic boom, which was also favorable for the young jewellery manufactury with its more than 20 employees.


	From the beginning, big jewellery wholesalers in Germany and abroad recognized that the three brothers manufactured both fashionable and high-quality goldsmith's products, and for this reason it was no surprise that part of the products were sold by means of export and even found their way to the Russian empire of the Czar.
